Continuing the legacy of one great business

We are an entrepreneur-led investment firm, dedicated to acquiring, operating, and building on the success of a single great company.

Why sell to Greenridge?

Focused on a single business

Entrepreneur, not private equity

We are led by a driven professional and backed by an incredible investor team of high-performing owners, CEOs, and board members.

Meet our founder and your successor

Harrison Davis

Harrison Davis, Principal of Greenridge Capital Partners
Harrison Davis, principal and founder of Greenridge, with his family.

Harrison grew up surrounded by a tight-knit extended family full of small business owners. Watching them gave him an appreciation for the dedication, resilience, and hard work needed to build successful businesses and inspired his motivation to run a company of his own.

While overseeing multi-million dollar projects, building strategies to grow asset profitability, and negotiating logistics deals at Shell, Harrison was recognized for his leadership, care for people, and ability to execute on goals. With those skills in hand, he founded Greenridge Capital Partners to acquire and lead a successful business through its next phase of growth.

Harrison holds an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and and bachelor’s degree in supply chain management from Brigham Young University.

He currently lives in Texas, with his wife, Ashley, and son, Bennett. In their free time, they enjoy hiking, challenging each other to swim races, and searching for the best BBQ in Texas.

We Follow a Simple Process

Selling your business is a big milestone. We are committed to working with you to help make it as straightforward as possible.

  • We will kick things off with an introductory call to get to know each other. This will give us a chance to learn more about your business, and mutually determine if we are a good fit for each other.

  • Harrison will come to meet you in person, get to know each other a bit more, and present you with a formal offer to buy your business.

  • Over the next couple of weeks, we will work together to land the key terms of the deal. At the end of this stage, we’ll both sign a “letter of intent” outlining the key terms, subject to final due diligence.

  • Deep dive together into the business to confirm its financial, operational, and strategic health before finalizing the transaction.

  • After completing due diligence, we will work together to finalize the transaction. Once the acquisition is complete, we will work together with you and your team to ensure a smooth transition.
